Current Openings
Desert Safari Driver (4x4)
Drive guests safely through the dunes and make the ride the highlight of their day.
- Valid UAE driving licence; desert driving experience required
- Strong safety record and calm under pressure
- Good spoken English; other languages are a bonus
Tour Guide / Camp Host
Welcome guests, explain the activities and keep the evening running smoothly.
- Hospitality or tourism experience preferred
- Confident, friendly communicator
- Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Quad Bike and Dune Buggy Marshal
Brief guests, lead buggy and ATV convoys and keep everyone safe on the sand.
- Off-road riding experience
- First aid knowledge is a plus
Camp Staff (Kitchen, Service and Maintenance)
Prepare the BBQ, serve guests and keep the camp clean and ready.
- Previous restaurant or catering experience preferred
- Team player with good energy
Sales and Booking Agent
Handle WhatsApp, phone and email enquiries and turn questions into confirmed bookings.
- Sales or customer service experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable with CRM and booking tools
Life on the Team
A typical day for our desert crew starts in the early afternoon, with vehicle checks and camp preparation, and ends after the last guest is dropped off. It's active, social and never boring: one day you're helping a nervous guest onto a camel, the next you're watching a couple get engaged at sunset.
